By Rail :

Khatu Shyam Ji devotee should purchase railway ticket from Delhi (Sarai Rohila Station). And should get down at Reengus Junction. From There devotees will get Taxis, Jeeps etc. for reaching Khatu Shyam Ji. Which is 18 km from Reengus.

By Road :

If you want to travel with your own vehicle, take to National Highway No. 8. Which connect to Jaipur. After reaching Shahpura approx. at a distance of 22 km from take Chandbazi right turn to reach Chomu. From Chomu the road goes straight to Reengus which reaches to Shri Khatu Shyam Ji. (Which takes approx. 6 hrs. from Delhi).

By Private Vehicle Delhi to Gurgaon - Maanesar - Dharuhera - Bagroad - Kotputli - Shahpura - Chandbazi - Chomu - Reengus - Khatu (Distance approx. 300 km)

Khatu Shyam Ji Worship Method

Every Dwadshi(Day after ekadeshi) of Shukl Paksh(moon light) of any month or whenever you want to do Baba Kirtan, after sweeping the floor and cleaning of utensils etc. Prepare Kheer (Rice) & Churma. When it is ready keep it at the place where you want to have Satsang or Kirtan.
At the same place put Shri Khatu Shyam Ji's Photo or Shri Krishna's Picture. Also keep Shri Ganesh Ji and Hanuman Ji's pictures.
In front of that lit cow dung upla without any smoke & keep on chanting "Om Shri Shyam Devai Namah". Also lit a pure ghee diya (Jyot). Prepare a thali by keeping Roli, Rice, Agarbati etc.
During all this keep singing Bhajan of Shyam Baba & also read Shyam Chalisa. In the end lit 5 Jyoti Diyas & do Shyamji / Hanuman Ji Arti. After offering of Prasad to Shri Khatu Shyam Ji distribute the prasad among all the present shyam devotees & your neighbourhood.

Basic Rules To be followed During Khatu ShyamJi Bhajan & Kirtan

• During Kirtan keep yourself neat & clean.
• After offering Dhoop/Deep/Flowring sit in front of Shri Khatu Shyam Ji with other devotees.
• Do not talk during bhajan / kirtan.
• Do not smoke during satsang.
• Do not laugh if any of your shyam devotee is not singing properly rather encourage him.
• Due to some urgency if you have to go, please go away siliently.
• Sit wherever you get place.
• During satsang avoid sleeping / going again and again is not desirable and it disturbes shyam devotees.

Baga : 9" Nefa 40" Length, 8 Mtr. Round (At the back open from top to bottom)
Dupatta : 44" wide 3 mtr. in length
Parda : 6 Kadi up in cloth, 2 mtr. in length
Fachit : 9 Mtr. cloth
Note : Total 23 Mtr. Cloth is required for full dress.
